How can I be sure I can trust your company?

MacDaniel Signs, Inc. has been a family run business for almost 50 years.  No  business could survive for even a fraction of that time without providing honest, reliable service to it's customers and clients.  

Do you take orders over the phone?

No, we request you fax, email or mail all orders to eliminate error.

If I have ordered in the past do I need to fill out another order form?

Yes. Custom sign orders are kept on file only.

What format is requirded for logos?

We ask that you email info@macdanielsigns.com a vector file if at all possible.  The following file types are acceptable: .ai, .eps, .cdr or a .psd in layers. For photos, we ask that you email them as a .psd in a high resolution or a minimum 200 dpi jpeg file.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards only. Checks can be mailed in with your order form or brought in.

Do you carry stock items?

Yes, we encourage customers to come in, meet the staff and see our show room as well as view our stock items available for purchase. You can also inquire by phone or e mail regarding stock items.

Do I have to type my order form?

No, our request to type is to prevent error. Printing is accepted. You can download adobe acrobat free on your computer which can be accessed on our website. This allows you to type on the order form in your computer, print it and fax it to 602-252-4795 or email to info@macdanielsigns.com if you are able to print it to a pdf.

Is there extra charge to punch holes in the signs?

No, all signs are punched 16-inch centers, top and bottom with the exception of open house signs punched two top holes only. Additional hole patterns are an additional $0.20 charge.

What are grommets?

Brass fittings inserted in either the two top holes or all four holes. A grommet is a reinforcement and protects the holes. Quantity per sign would be two or four. If using a wrap around frame we discourage grommets. There is not enough room for the nut,bolt and washer.

What is the estimated time to produce signs?

Each order form has the time frame located at the bottom of the order form.  This is a maximum production time and your order may be completed sooner.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes, you can expedite sign orders by adding an additional 25% to your order prior to adding the tax. This guarantees 7 business days less for production. Delivery follows one to two days after production. Name Riders can not be expedited.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Orders of $100.00 or more are delivered to Real Estate companies that occupy a commercial business bldg. in the general area of Maricopa County at no additional cost. For orders less then $100.00, it is your option to pick up your merchandise at Mac Daniel Signs or pay a $15.00 fee for delivery to the office or a residential address within our boundaries.

Does MacDaniel Signs, Inc. only make signs for the Real Estate companies listed on your site?

No. Signage is available to any Real Estate company as well as any other companies in need of signs, banners, license plate inserts, fence signs, pool signs etc. by opening the Independent Real Estate link or other related links on our site map.

Do you sell wooden posts?

No, we carry in stock several sizes and styles of black 1” angle iron frames for you to purchase.

Do you install posts?

Yes, you can obtain all the information you need by visiting installations.macdanielsigns.com 

Are you accepting new customers for installation of posts?

Yes.   We will make every effort to meet your needs. To obtain information about our installation department, you can call Debbie or email

Yes we do ship out of state as well as out of the country at the customers expense.

Yes, we produce all signs, frames, etc. on location.
